Our balm ships from our workshop in Illinois via USPS first class mail.  To avoid delays, please make sure your shipping information is correct.  If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us for expedited shipping options.

Refunds & Returns

IMPORTANT:  All sales are final.  We do not accept returns or exchanges.  If there is an error or damage to your order, keep the seal intact and contact us within 7 days of delivery.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, we cannot accept the return.
