How to use the Balm

When using the Balm warm it in hands before applying to your feet or any needed place.  The scent brings Peace to the Spirit.  Taking a deep breath in and one foot at a time work the Balm into your feet making sure not to miss any parts including the toes and top of the foot.  If possible with eyes closed and grateful for the moment.  Life is about doing.
